We are interested in Boeser at $3m for next 2 years. But wouldn't move Nemec for that.

Nemec is not on the table for Meier per Fitzgerald himself, why would he be on the table for this

At $3 mil (and more appropriate trade terms), it's hard to say no, but I don't think Boeser is a good fit for NJ. I'm sure others will disagree, but unless there is another gear there, his max effectiveness seems limited to 75 feet. Alongside someone like Hughes, he could probably score 40+, thanks to his ability to find soft areas and get dirty around the net, but I fear Hughes/Boeser would give up 1.5 goals for every one they score. I just dont like him in NJ personally & hope it doesn't happen at any cost

Why do you think Boeser, who’s been declining for years and is by all accounts a negative player at 5v5, return a top 5-10 prospect in the NHL?
