That’s the problem he can’t it’s his fault the penguins are a mess. They have no tradable assets no good prospects all his old washed up players he signed and traded for have NTC or NMC Hextall has no options to fix the penguins.

Carter is pretty much unmovable. This was a questionable signing at the time and in hindsight it is a terrible signing.
