I think it's fine if you think you can extend PLD and Meier...if not, that 2025 1st becomes a ticking time bomb, given that you run the risk of losing Scheif, Helle, PLD, Meier, and Wheeler all in the same offseason.

As much as I want to see the jets go after Meier, I just dont see it happening. Sure he'd be a huge piece to add this season, but the concerns after this year scare me. Maybe he signs an offer sheet with another team and the jets get lots of compensation back? maybe he accepts the QO or arbitration and he leaves after next season? Either way the power is with Meier. My opinion is to use assets like this for guys with term.

Pass. Dont need an asset 3 years away from being drafted and Lambert was a DND.

I know its not you, but stupid trade anyways. The athletic had much better offers
