You can almost certainly forget Bortuzzo. Brown I'd give you for peanuts.

I knew Bortuzzo would be that way, but still wanted to include him here. Brown is the low cost type of player our GM would trade for, so good to know

Yeah well Detroit and Buffalo are tied along with Washington for the last wild card spot in the east. Even if Detroit dropped their remaining 5 games. it doesn't mean we're sellers long ways from it.

Yzerman plans on resigning quite a few UFAs, Ones would assume Larkin, Bertuzzi, Sundqvist and Walman.

Shattenkirk would be your 2023 fourth. Or maybe we could give you OUR 2023 fourth and you could give us the Las Vegas second.

I agree, especially because of the games in hand. But also, Yzerman is smart and I can see him parting ways with one of the UFAs if they derail a bit. Good team, but he knows what it takes to be cup contenders and Bertuzzi for example could use a change of scenary

I doubt our GM would give up a 2nd. Can totally respect the 4th round 2023 pick for a 3rd-pairing rental

JVR and Schenn would be good to target. I like Soucy but Seattle is still in the playoffs so they won't sell

Weirdly enough though they've been healthy scratching Soucy.

Shattenkirk is likely avaliable for a mid round pick, though there has been rumors of an extension.
