Description

taking out tatar, bahl/walsh, schmid gives 9 mill in cap space that could be used on any combo of:
Depth Dman (maybe graves)/1B Goalie, or a different forward.

However I think tatar is very valuable for what he brings short term before Arseni replaces him as another stud

Or potentially to pay more (up to 500k more each) to bratt/yegor/meier

the fact that you kept holtz was great, although you might run into a Jackets situation of having incredibly crowded wings while not wanting to give any of them up

Not bringing back Tatar to that price for 4th line....or even 3rd line honestly. Spend more on a 2LHD to shelter Luke.

That's true, though they'll probably just put a guy like Palat on the 3rd line eventually, so that way Holtz can take his spot.

Wingers could include: Mercer, Arseni, Holtz, Yegor, Tatar, Palat, Bratt, Meier.

Luke is the 2LD. Playing with marino he'll be fine

Nemec should develop another year and I don't think he needs sheltering after that. I think he'll be very effective very quickly

We can still afford graves in this if we wanted too. 3.2 in cap+ 1.5 saved from just trading bahl at the draft= enough to resign graves.
