Carolina, i think does that trade in a heart beat. Tampa isn't moving part of their core so that trade wont happen

Why bring back KK? They did us a favour. Plus we have Owen Beck coming. He’s going to be a very good 3rd line centre.

Tampa will have to move salary next year and they're our of 1st for the next three years.

Canes will pass. KK is a perfect systemic fit. No need to waste KK to bring in Monahan.

I would personally love to trade my 22 year old defensive whiz of a 3C signed long-term for an older pending UFA who hasn't played in 3 months and shows no signs of being anywhere close to being ready

No they'll be tight but they don't have to move salary out and Certainly not what is probably their next Captain in Sergachev.
Edit: Jeannot and Colton get about 4-4.5 combined that would leave TB to fill in 5 positions with around 4.4+- 200k. Tight but doable

I never said he was a Saviour. There’s only one Saviour and most mock Him.

But I’m based in Ontario and I’ve been a paid scout for many years. I’ve seen Beck play 25 times and he’s very sound and a better player than KK. I also know Assistant Coach Trevor Letowski really well and he has told me how much the entire staff likes him. With that being said, why bring back KK, that is still inconsistent when Dvorak is there for next year and Beck should be there the following season after that.
