Wings pass, why would they want Nylander or Petry, both have been, well not good. Petry also has another year at big dollars for what you are getting.

What if it was a Petry and Vrana swap? Also Nylander has been good in WBS— not sure why he hasn’t been recalled tbh.

Top pair right handed defensemen on a cost controlled contract for 4 years... I don't think the Pens have the assets to make that deal. Imagine trading Letang in his prime.

The Coyotes might have settled on selling Chychrun, but Andersson is a center piece for the Flames.

No because Vrana has one year left, but Petry has two years left. Vrana can be bought out if Yzerman does not want him and the hit is over two years rather than 4 for Petry.

Depends on the Flames fan you ask haha. Shut down top 4 dman at $4.5m for 2 years, but he's also 33. I'd think a 1st and a B+ prospect OR 1st and some mid round picks.
