You need some veteran leadership and Atkinson is great for that. Plus he's better than some guys you have in the top 9.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I can guarantee you neither of those guys are in the NHL next year for more than their 10 games. And oh yes Rousek, the 22 year old that can score ok in the AHL...definitely means he is an NHLer! You just keep thinking you are going anywhere with like 2 vets in the lineup with playoff experience. Buffalo is no longer rebuilding, it's time for them to actually do something, it's only been a decade and a half.
