I'm interested why everyone on here keeps predicting Bouchard will be cheap. Is it just wishful thinking? He seems like a solid young player and almost certain to get a couple million per in his next deal.

Hawks would do this trade BTW, Ceci is a good candidate to play a lot of minutes on a bad team and maybe recoup some value in a future trade.

I think Foegele likely stays next season - he's bringing exactly what he was acquired for. Kulak is the odd man out.

Bouchard's closest comp is Dobson. Dobson scored 50+ points in his contract year and got 3x$4M. I'm thinking Bouchard will come in at or close to that number - depending on how the rest of the season and playoffs go.
