Jackets aren't a good spot for Garland. They've got Gaudreau, Laine, Johnson, Marchenko, Chinakhov, Texier, Voronkov and potentially Jenner for top 9 wingers next year if the Hayes trade happens and they get lucky with the draft. They also have to pay Johnson, Marchenko, Sillinger, Chinakhov, Texier, Voronkov and try to bring in some defensive help within the remaining years of Garland's contract so I doubt they'd want to commit $5M to at best a 3rd line winger.

Trades aren't bad, the CBJ one doesn't make sense but I love the Reinhart deal but just take away Hogs. Also, if Reinhart does come to VAN I feel like he would be the 2C and Miller would move back to the WIng. Also OEL isn't getting bought out, like it or not he will be sticking around so Garvikov probably won't be coming here.
