Why is Chicago and Arizona, two rebuilding teams, moving draft picks and prospects for players they don’t need…?

Not to mention that’s a massive overpayment for Edmundson lmao

EDIT: these are pretty much all overpayments

You're going to give Sean Monahan SIX MILLION DOLLARS for four seasons?!?!?

I can't wait to see what other Habs fan thinks that's a good idea.

Monahan is incredibly useful for the habs if he can stay healthy. Maybe 4 is a bit too many years but I stand buy the 6 mill

Take out the second and third round picks in the Arizona trade and they might accept.
Take out DeSimone and the third and Calgary still says no.
Carolina trade meh.
Take out Dach, the second and third and Chicago accepts I'm sure. Actually they would probably do it with just sending a third.

Yotes aren't moving those picks for bottom sixers. What about Ottawa's 1st and Montreal's 3rd for Caufield?

Canes have no need for Wideman. Habs can just keep him.

Even Caufield is too big for that arena of yours. He'd have to fit somewhere above where Keller sits on top of their portable lockers

Not sure about the Flames and Canes, but Yotes and Blackhawks definitely decline

Can the Yotes even afford bags or were they all repossessed after your owners defaulted on more payments? It always amuses me to hear ridicule comments from Yotes fans like their franchise isn't a just punchline that the rest of the league uses to dump LTIR contracts.

You're like the kid drowning in water laughing at the kid next to him drowning in water.

Arizona doesn't have any 1st overall picks and still has more Conference Final wins than Edmonton in the last 10 seasons. If Edmonton didn't luck into McDavid, they wouldn't be struggling to make the playoffs, they just wouldn't make the playoffs. They don't know how to build a team. At least Arizona has the excuse of no money, Edmonton has no excuses, they've been gifted their entire team: McDavid. Take him away and your team is beside the Yotes in the standings. Four more years of no wins past the 2nd round, then McDavid leaves and no one will want to play for your trash organization.
