Bro you wild if you think Levi is the starter next year. Or that luukkonen is anywhere near this team anymore.

Its hard to know on Olofsson, he is on the final year of a basically 5 mil AAV deal, exits as a free agent. Scores plenty of goals, puts up good points, but I have heard he is extremely deficient defensively. What team looks at Olofsson and says "he is part of the solution" and has 5 mil in cap space for him? Are his goals impactful, such as game winners or clutch goals when the team needs a response, or are they empty, stat padding goals he racks up on demoralized teams when the game is already out of reach?

I have no idea what kind of goal scorer he is, there's a possibility Carolina wants him as they are in the need of a goal scoring winger, but they typically like guys with term if they are buying.

The only chance of Olofsson getting a second is at next year's dead line for a contending team that needs goals. My guess is that Olofsson is moved in the off season as part of a bigger deal or for a third.

A defensive team that needs scoring help, like Nashville, could add him, but not for a second.

He's not a powerplay specialist though, he is at best league average on the powerplay. Of his 26 goals this season, 21 of them have come 5v5. He's also rocking a career high shooting percentage of nearly 17%. He has eclipsed his goal pace from last year but is lagging behind on total points produced from last years pace as well.

Not anymore, only 7 PP goals out of 26 this season.

He has less points because he is no longer a top 6 forward on our roster. Mostly playing on the 3rd line with Jost and Mitts

I am not the biggest Olofsson fan, but give him the right linemates and good things happen. Damn the year he played with Eichel before his neck injury Olofsson had 42pts in 54gms. Interesting line-up, don't think I would go 3yrs with Okposo or Girgensons.
