Rather keep Mittelstadt and save the 2nd.

Boeser just doesn’t make a ton of sense for Buffalo due to his defensive game issues.

Garland makes more sense as a two way middle 6 winger with good defensive impacts and he could thrive in the Sabres transition/rush focused offense

How about we change that name to Demko and see what can be worked out.

I think to get Demko it would take a prospect that Buffalo won’t want to give up honestly.

I think the Canucks would be willing to move any of Boeser, Garland or Beauvillier in a deal like this. So if it was Garland, you’d take that?

Nope, we have tons of wings. Just keep mittelstadt or play a kid or actually upgrade

We have 4 first round pick forwards coming, maybe 5 depending on how this year's draft goes. I'm totally fine with moving mittelstadt, really should be looking for help on d though. We are not great trade partners unfortunately.

It’s been reported that the Canucks ask for Demko is a 1st, blue chip prospect, and Raty-level prospect. Given that, my best guess for the blue chip prospect would be one of Savoie/Quinn/Peterka, most likely Savoie as they could use a C more than winger. I could see them potentially accepting Ostlund or Kulich instead depending on the other pieces though

Yeah, I can't see that then, no need for Buffalo to spend those kind of assets

He basically listed all of our top prospects minus Levi and rosen.

I was surprised he would say Savoie or Kulich. I thought maybe Rosen. Think Mitts Rosen + would be a solid offer.

If Boeser was a good mid-20s RHD then I'd do it. And in case you are wondering, Vancouver doesn't have any good RHD imo
