As much as Garland would excel for the Blues, they have neither the space or the cap for him now. They should have offered that two months ago.

I like the idea of getting a guy like Cernak, but chances are you can draft a defenseman who'll eventually be better than him at 8th overall so there's no need to trade that away PLUS ethan bear.

TB doesn't consider that. They 1 don't sign players to extensions and trade them before they play a minute of it. 2 TB doesn't give a s*** about picks. This is an extremely easy NO!!!!!!

Defensemen drafted in the top 15 in the league not better than Cernak is now. Shattenkirk,Soderstrom,Lindholm,E Johnson,A Boqvist, L Schenn, Bogosian.this is just a short list so getting someone better is going to take several years to come to fruition if it ever does. I do believe the Captain made the statement "We don't care about picks" . I also believe Julien Brisebois went and backed that statement up with his acquisition of Tanner Jeannot. So nothing there would be of interest to TB

Blues have no need or cap for Garland

I think he makes sense as an option for buffalo. They have the cap space and he helps balance out that right side especially in the event of an injury to someone. IMO he's good cheap insurance for buffalo in the short term.
