The games I’ve watched as a jet, he is a very underrated d man imo. Top legit #2 in the league. I also don’t think we need a difference maker, nor could we afford one w a cap system, we just need an upgrade on cici.

Poink is right position, an upgrade, and a great cap hit for two years.

There are very few right handed dman that would be an upgrade on ceci at a cap hit less then 6.5 M or more - that would also cost a lot more to acquire.

They aren't cap dumps - that's ridiculous. Ceci is a 1st pairing on the best team in the league right now for just $3.25M - that's not a cap dump. And Yamamoto is a young 20-goal scorer who brings a lot more to the game in terms of forechecking and defensive play.
