I don’t mind the Hanifin Trade. Dufour is a good prospect. I’d rather get Dobson + either Romanov or Bolduc than the Picks though with the assumption Hanifin goes with an 8 year contract extension

Let’s Trade Kadri to COL instead

A 2nd is sufficient for Vladar, but I’d prefer RD Prospect JBD

Hanifin is great but 0 chance NYI trade Dufour period. They need goal scorers and he is as good as a prospect gets at that. Backlund with retention should net you more than a late 1st. Add a prospect at least. Vladar is an average backup at best, he had a horrible season. No way you get a 2nd and a 4th. A 4th on its own maybe

I like the idea of trading Hanifin but I think Colombhs would be a better target as they have many good prospects and LA's 1st this year.

Avs would likely have no interest in re-acquiring Kadri. Flames wouldn't retain for that length of time and that's what it would take to move him to the Avs.

Avs would probably have to consider that with that kind of retention. Gives Newhook another year to develop.
