The Russia contract is going to force him down the board. Normailey this guy goes in the 5-7 Range. Everyone ahead will probably be to the nhl by the end of the year or at worst 2024. Buffalo feels like he doesn’t need to step in for a few years. Every other team either has a gym on the hot seat or needs Imeldatley or won’t wait.

Bobrov is the most connected NHL scout in the KHL. If MTL pass on Michkov at 5, i dont see another team picking him top 15.

I keep see Michkov dropping, but nowhere near that far. Caps would take him in a heartbeat. They took Miroshnichenko last year.

Getting Reinbacher and Honzek late would be amazing, but the Blues are NOT taking Wood at 10. They'd probably grab Moore or tmayne somehow take advantage of Michkov dropping so far (pick him or trade down a spot or two for a goodie).
