laugh laugh On the Tyler Bertuzzi signing, He'd still be in Detroit not Boston if he were willing to sign for 3 x $4,000,000. Try closer to 5-6 years @ $5,500,000-$6,000,000 per at the very least.

Hawks decline. The only opening they have for a G is at Indianapolis in the ECHL. They'll hang on to pick #44. And honestly, if UPL is worth an early 2nd rounder, why would Buffalo trade him?

Why, it's a late 2nd and Joker isn't that bad, and he's still young and a RFA.

Minnesota isn't in need of any dman. Especially one Buffalo doesn't want to keep ar. Cap isn't only reason dumba is being let go or calen addison could be traded. Minnesota is full on d for now and future

Wild do need 1 right defenseman, but it's for the 3rd defensive line. So I'd say a 2nd to fill that spot isn't worth it when they could just go sign someone in FA. But I could see it happening as he'd be on a really cheap contract.

Do BUF fans really want to get rid of Jokiharju? He seems like a steady D. I'd argue he's way better than Stillman, Lyubushkin, and Stone.

Some, I am just going of this trade. I would keep him if I could. Just needs to find that consistency. Be real good for 5gms and then be horrible for 5, he's young.

OMW, a Hawks fan knows more about the value of Jokiharju than many Sabre fans.

More of a trade value/slotting thing. Jokiharju is somewhere between a second and third pair defenseman. The Sabres need a definite top four guy, and jokiharju is really the only D in that group with any trade value because of his age and RFA status
