I'd be more worried about DeBrincat than the depth. Good depth does not often cost more than bad depth, and analytics suggest that adding star talent is far more important than fixing your depth.

They are going to have to find some effective bottom 6 forwards for under 1M, something they have not been able to do in the past

So you're just starting to worry about having Dorion as our GM?

DeBrincat was not the right move, Chychrun was, even if it would have cost more last summer

Not trading Paul and Brown for peanuts would have more than make up for it
