Oilers decline. No cap room. Also, you could get a better return for Ullmark. The one you proposed doesn’t make sense for Toronto either. Kuzy could work for Boston, but I’m sure they value Bert much more regardless of position.

Going to guess most fans that don't follow the Bruins closely would miss the overage. Seeing that OP is a Caps fan, its not really a surprise.
