The problem with Tampa is that their roster is getting less and less deep every year. They still have mad super star talent but the edges of their roster keep getting worse. It is still possible with the right moves, but their path to championship is becoming harder to pull off.

Killorn is worth way more. Jeannot and Eyssimont too

id say this roster might bring 2 more years of playoffs. Might be able to turn that into 3-4 years if some rentals and trades are made. If they lose this series vs the leafs I think it's a clear indication of their decline. Maybe ride this roster out one more year then capitalize on some trades to recoup assets. If they are somehow out of the playoff race by the TDL next year I could see them selling.

that's true. I don't know it just seems like Tampa is declining. Maybe they need a coaching change or something.

This ACGM is very optimistic. Can't see Jeannot or Eyssimont taking those deals. Maybe Colton and Killorn do so they can stay in Tampa, but doesn't seem likely. And there have to be concerns w/ Fluery and Raddysh as everyday players over a full season.

This year's Bolts team (I've watched almost every game) reminds me so much of the 16/17 Hawks team. Good regular season but they faded down the stretch and then got totally outplayed in the 1st round of the playoffs. Not saying the Bolts are going to fall off a cliff like the Hawks did, but it's eerily similar.

They have been to 3 straight finals and have stood in the way of other good teams but time doesn't stop for anyone. They are still a good team but TO is younger and is also a good team. TO just may be a bit better right now.
