dubois trade is fair but i dont the peggers on here will think so....cant see hoffman going to pit but he is going somewhere

The offense looks good but the defense and goaltending is sub par
This team misses the playoffs again, and if any 2 of the top 6 get hurt for an extended amount of time the season could turn ugly.
That 2024 1st could be a top 5 pick again which would make the PLD trade look awful for a rebuilding team like Montreal

couldnt dis agree with you more... Defense has huge upside and made great strides despite the injuries with more exciting prospects like Hutson and mailloux coming... and it is deep... goaltending we need more options for sure but i like monty and i think one of primeau or allen could be good next year but they need to draft some goalies this year as well... Issue with the team is elite talent at forward .. we dont have enough and hopefully that top pick this year will help with that...... and maybe dubois too..

Benson, Wood, Gabe Perreault (who's breaking records set by Auston Matthews). Draft is insane in the top22. Do everything to get another 1st. Penguins and Bergevin should be the target. I know you love Anderson (so do I) but they need to make real choices for a rebuild not temp solutions.

Edit: I dont know how you cant be excited for this draft class. The more I read and watch the more I want no part in dealing any picks in the top 2 rounds. I would actually trade the 5-6th pick down the draft board for an extra pick if they dont win a lottery.
