Swap Nemec for Gudas on a one year deal. It's not a sure thing that Nemec is ready for the NHL anyway.

The idea was based on a leafs proposal that was Yegor and a 3rd for the 1st. Is there something the Devils have that would make the difference there?

No they shouldn’t. If Sorokin goes tear it down getting back bratt as the entire package is bad business. I’d much rather move a similar package for Debrincat and keep Sorokin

Except that there's nothing that you have that would beat this offer. Raty was your only prospect on the same level as Casey.

You’re overrating Casey imo. Then you have pick like 25 a late 2nd and a 22yo that hasn’t cracked the NHL yet
