Yup. Mercer will probably be signed at most to 7 mill. Marner will be looking for 13

Jerseys cap space says no. Plus GM Tom Fitzgerald said Dawson Mercer is OFF the table. He meant that when he wouldn’t ship Mercer off in the Timo Meier to NJ Trade.

One can say Mercer had a more impressive playoff than Marner based on his experience and role. No interest in Marner.
