        Philly fans would crush Matthews and Marner's souls. Especially after no show playoff rounds. They wouldn't be coddled in Philly.

        seeing as if he doesn't have one until July 1, that doesn't matter. If they don't have a deal agreed upon, he'll be moved

        The Leafs front office has a much better idea of what his actual intentions are than anyone else, if he has let them know that he doesn't intend to sign, I expect the Leafs to move him before his NMC kicks in

        You don’t seem to k ow how NMCs work…as of July 1st, Matthews has a NMC so good luck moving him if he doesn’t waive.

        This isn't that difficult buddy, Leafs will be speaking with Matthews' agent prior to July 1 and will know if they're signing him or not. You're clueless if you think there's no dialogue between the 2 parties

        There can be dialog but that doesn’t mean he will tell them wether he is for sure re-signing or not. Maybe he’s not ready to make that decision. All players who are upcoming UFAs always let their teams k ow what they want to do…but I’m the clueless one.

        Imagine thinking there is an 0% chance the Leafs lose him and get nothing in return…oof
