Chris Tanev fits our top 4 much better than Jokiharju. He will be an ideal partner for Power for at least one season, perhaps we will extend him in the future. He is exactly DFD we need.

I'm not a big fan Jokiharju, but maybe he still has some potential to improve and he's just not a Buffalo top 4 player. He is a player who likes to move the puck and attack, and he does not play well with Dahlin and Power. Perhaps in Calgary he will show himself better playing with defenders like Hanifin or Weegar.

I think this deal can be beneficial for both teams.
