Why give all those assets for Pulock when you could just sign Severson for approximately the same money?

That being said, I agree with the revamp of the D, but not sure we can trade Lindell. That idiotic NMC is in the way.

Cuz Pulock's defensive game is so good and we need a proper RHD.

Severson is good, but just as error prone as pretty much all of our D-men.

Still, I don't think the assets you are giving justify the upgrade D you get, when you could have Serverson for nothing. Just keep the assets for some other moves or simply within the organization. Especially Bourque who should be considered close to untouchable.

Just pair Severson with Miro.

I'm content with the idea, but it doesn't follow the premise of this post, which is a complete overhaul.

Why? I don't see the benefit of bringing in Lindell. Lundkvist is nice but I don't know how needed. And I have no idea who those other two guys are.

I'm not against trading Pulock in a retool but I feel like we can get better offers.

Lundkvist at worst will be a 2RD who moves the puck at a high level. Can also QB a PP. Lindell is a solid 2nd pair D. Kyrou is a dynamic RHD prospect who had a great D+1. Bourque would immediately be the isles best prospect by far, has top 6 upside.

It fills a lot of needs for the isles while still keeping them competitive (although I think they should just rebuild)

Maybe I am splitting hairs here but getting Severson instead of Pulock would also fit the premise of a complete overhaul if the other moves are also completed.

Trading Bourque would be a serious mistakes IMO.
