Not bad idea's, don't see Buffalo giving Hill a 4yr contract though and gonna cost more than that for Murphy

Chicago deal will not be accepted by Chicago - they need some assets for imminent rebuild around Bedard. Those picks and Lyubushkin are not those.
If that's the deal for Hill, move UPL for something, keep Comrie as 3rd goalie if he clears waivers.

Yeah, you might be right, just tought that Hill is going to have a lot of offers this offseason so he maybe prefers longer term, Sabres can also give him more money and shorter term to get him. Maybe 2-3 years and then Levi will be ready. Maybe upgrade the 3th to 2nd for Murphy?

Going to need to remodel that proposal for CHI if your intention is to land Murphy. He's a important part of our lineup and can play big minutes in a coveted RHD position naturally.

Two 2nd's and one of your young F prospects is what it takes to get Murphy.

Interesting, went from Philadelphia's 2nd and Bloom at the TDL to two 2nds and a prospect.

Yeah I know. Fair point. But the Hawks landing #1 overall (most likely Bedard) changes things for Chicago I think. After the way Murphy stepped up leadership wise after the TDL was impressive. I can definitely see a scenario where Bedard lives w/ Murphy during his rookie season and Murphy mentors him as he transitions to the NHL. I could be all wrong too. I just feel like it now takes an overpay to get Murphy out of Chicago.

Yeah, I agree and think he stays.
