I think the Flames have similar cheaper players coming up in Pelletier, Ruzicka/Zary(centers that will likely start on left wing), and Dube can essentially take over Mangiapane's production. I would like a little more in terms of value, but I'd consider it. I think Mangiapane is going to have a much better year this season, especially if he doesn't start the year recovering from an injury again.

Mangiapane should get more in open market. But tight cap makes GM do silly things with wingers, so you never know.

Devils should get more for Sharangovich.

And there are so many better uses of 5.8m next summer than Mangiapane
