100%. Not giving up a goalie that struggled, and top player last year for an 11 million dollar player, who has hit PPG twice in his ~ 10 year career.

Hawks decline. A 2nd for Muzzin is ridiculous.

AZ declines as well. The last thing they want is to pay Murray $6m next season. And they won't want to trade Weber either.

Every team declines, as @GuyGuyGuy says. The idea that Chicago would pay #51 overall for the moribund Jake Muzzin's contract is just cuckoo.
