Hot take, the value is actually kinda there, it's just not a trade that would be put on the board to begin with, unless Cooley/Keller force the hand.

Habs with Keller Suzuki Dach, Arizona with Matthews Caufield and Toronto with the trio (tavares marner and nylander) and Benson, Leonard .... This would shake the entire league and medias for years. This is also one of the best publicity for NHL after Bedard and McDavid. If Arizona land in Houston it's more than what is needed to spark the fan base no?

You're making it sound like Keller is the hangup, but it's more likely Cooley. Also, ARI guaranteeing Michkov or Smith is a big deal in this, to go with whomever they want at #6.

Right, my point is ARI would be less inclined to give up Cooley, and the way they value him would more likely kill the deal than Keller would. It's still a pretty fair proposal though.

i'm someone who's willing to have Faksa since it's nhl begin!! What the others think about him and Evans are not impartial. Evans is to well regarded, and it's somehow because of his salary.
