Not for that price they don’t, they can wait a year for Lindholm to come as a UFA if he really wants to be in Columbus.

Lindholm would need an extension in place for it to make sense for Columbus to trade for him. Also the 3rd overall would not be in play in that scenario.

IF the 3rd overall is in play, it would need to be Lindholm extended 8 years + 16th overall for 3rd overall straight up. The odds of all that lining up is so slim.
