Malkin and Letang absolutely do not carry that much value anymore especially on those contracts

Boston wouldn’t do that deal. In this totally unrealistic scenario, I could see Boston trying to get the team Canada line together, tho. I do think Crosby would try to play with Marchand or MacKinnon and he would be choosing his destination, so I think the return would be closer to what Kane or Giroux got. Regardless, Crosby especially is retiring as a Penguin.

Literally no reason to even speculate, Dubas made things pretty clear that Sullivan and the core aren't leaving.
