Durzi gets way more than that meaning higher draft picks imo

Kings are most likely resigning gavrikov so edmunson is a no go.

The difference between Durzi and Edmundson (even half retained) is Montreal's 2nd round pick in this year's draft.

If that's not the offer, the Kings don't entertain the idea of a Durzi/Edmundson swap.

It's better for the Habs to buy out or take on a larger contract with less term, because 2026-2027 is likely going to be the year where our cap space is the tightest.

montreal does not need avg RD defensman they need an elite one which is not available so no need to trade for these ok Rd.... Savard and Barron and kovacevic is fine just missing an elite one.... and we have depth at defense just our elite potential ones like Guhle and Hutson are both LD and so is matheson...some of our other Ld can play Rd so i would not worry some much about it... we need elite forwards so no trading down in this draft... elite not solid ones... i would like either smith or Michkov .. not other average guys
