2 weeks ago you had chance to do so, but now the value fall of the cliff. Replace 2023 1st rounder by CGY 2025 and we might wait until you're ready to comply!!

Couture never waives and honestly that'd prefer be better anyway, his contract isn't good.

The Jets are fukked, never should've traded for that clown show Dubois in the first place.

They really need to tear it down and start over but this time without Wheeler around, good ****ing riddance!

Boston declines. Too much to give up for basically just Scheifele. I’m not trading Carlo unless its for PLD and even then I’m not sure. No way we’re giving up Poitras either

Nah, keep Scheifele. I want him nowhere near a Bruins uniform. He's one of the biggest problems in Winnipeg.

Hawks don't make that trade without the retention on Wheeler. They have several career AHL'ers in the organization already. If Lucas misses his cousin, they can talk on the phone.

teams are still going to line up for 1 year of his services. that's more than a fair price for PLD.

Well if i had to guess,

Colorado with the hole a 2C if they don't resign Compher
Carolina (althought chances are low for them)
Pittsburgh could be a team that at least calls and see's the price
MTL will of course be calling
Toronto most likely calls
Edm could depending on what PLD wants $$ wise for next season

You also got to remember, it's not a sure thing that he signs in MTL next season. Some team could talk him into a long term extension. There will be many teams calling for his services even if hes just a 1 year rental which he may or may not be. The price to get him is going to be a 1st and pretty good prospect like the trade above

Carolina are out of a big deal as stated per gm.
Pens with Dubas will go with ROR
Edmonton will not try if the guy can't fit in Winnipeg
Maybe Toronto will call but they rather take a gamble on Connor.
