Wouldn't do that deal, would rather get one A prospect in our system than 3 B/C prospects. I know anything could happen, but chances of finding a star at 14 are way way higher than 31 or 2nd round. If this draft wasn't so stacked maybe consider trading down

I guess Blackwood would be a gamble but I would preffer DeSmith over paying Blackwood. Ritch is gonna be your starter since your most likely trading Helly

Still rather that than pay for a marginally better goalie and lose them after the year. Like at that point I'd play holm or overpay a ufa. Desmith to the jets just doesn't make sense lol

I have had other jets fan say DeSmith would be ideal on other ACGMs I have posted but to each their own, deffently possible but not a slam dunk
