Not sure that’s a package that interests ottawa. They need assets to flip.

A bunch of scraps for Alex Debrincat, Yeah that offer is beat by a country mile and not even close.

Even if he is on wings played destinations, their is a 0% chance that the wings give up anything for a player of this age

Detroit would offer up the Isles 17th overall+Vancouvers 43rd overall plus one of Berggren/Kubalik plus Hanas just because it's in division and it would be better than this offer. That's an equivalent of a 1st and 3 2nds a solid offer.

I have to imagine that Zucc would get more than that, even if at the TDL with 50% retention, i mean Giroux got a 1st, Tippet and a 3rd

Besides Minnesota not being able to afford him. Based on what he wants ,Guerin won't put up with him

One of the best offers I have seen

Foligno is one of the best defensive forwards in the league. I'd do him + 1st + 2nd to be honest. The other pieces are just bonus

Foligno will be 32 in August, Yeah he's solid defensively but doesn't do much elsewhere.

The reason why the Sens missed the playoffs is (outside of Norris injury)

DeBrincat + Joseph + Gambrell + Talbot

instead of

Formenton + Brown + Paul + Gustavsson

Yeah Dorion was not lucky with Norris injury, Formenton's off-ice issues and Chabot/Zub injuries but he's also quite clueless regarding several things, like roster construction

Steel could still be a decent bottom 6 center and O’Rourke is a defensive defenseman prospect that could play solid minutes in 1-2 years as well, i feel like the deal is fair but i wanted to try to keep faber/wallstedt/rossi

O’Rourke isnt a scrap hes a very solid defensive defenceman prospect. Steel could help their bottom 6 and Foligno could bring a much needed leadership role and good physicality.

yes but i feel as if zuccarellos production is because of kaprizov so therefore hes going to get less

Better option to have than Kubalik or Perron, idk why you guys wouldnt take him, its not like you are giving up that much, hell youre getting retention on him so hes only being paid 4M instead of 6

The wings are paying perron more right now then they would be zucc after this trade, theyre the same age basically and zucc is a better producer… i dont see why you guys dont take the chance for a year

Still not the pieces that Ottawa would be seeking in a DeBrincat trade And ADB isn't signing for 7 x 8 in Minnesota from what's being reported he accepts that in Detroit but not elsewhere.

Fine, give him to us for FC with no retention and we'll take him. The fact is, where we're at in our process, futures are FAR more important to us than a diminutive 35 year old on an expiring deal. Look elsewhere.
