First off Parayko will only waive for Edmonton.

And try more like 8 x $8,500,000 to sign DeBrincat. he sure as heck isn't signing for 8 x $6,500,000 which is a joke of an offer. And i doubt St Louis is on his desired list.

Hawks pass. They have no interest in helping st louis with their cap situation and have no need for a LD. Take out Krug and it's closer to being fair
