I'd say only if nothing comes out of Jarry. 14ovr is not a bad return for a rental goalie. Helle will have limited places he will go to, and not everyone will be dangling quality.

If Jarry signs a 5x3 or something in WPG this could be mutually beneficial.

CAR/LAK/BUF/NJD are four names of the top of my head that could be interested in Hellebuyck.

If you think 14OA, A replaceable goalie, and a cap-dump fetches you a top 5 goalie regardless of extension guaranteed or not; you're fooling yourself.

I've been defending Jets fans a lot with some of the offers lately. I'm just saying this is a deal they shouldn't scoff at in the case that there is not much else for interest. If the jets let other teams complete their goalie tandems, they will have a much harder time as sellers.

You're definitely going to need to add more than Poulin since you included Granlund in the trade.

I would think a 1st, 3rd, and Poulin might be enough for Hellebuyck straight up - if you want to dump Granlund then you'll have to add even more.
