I dont see the Flyers taking Michkov but Im guessing Detroit would like to jump ahead of Washington to get him.

Trade is 7 and 22 for 9, 17, and 41.

I certainly would not be opposed to this as a DET fan. Maybe throw in a little extra late draft picks if need be.
But, even though the Flyers' winger depth seems to be one of their better pools, I do think the Flyers' still take Michkov since he is just that good of a player.

I dont see them taking Michkov with what happened to Fedotov.

Fedotov is set to be released anytime now; his service was completed recently.

The report that I read was he was allowed to be demobilized because he signed a new contract in the KHL so it was basically you can leave military but u still can’t leave the country. That being said if Michkov is available at 7 and the flyers don’t take him they are foolish. You have to draft superstars, the flyers currently have none. You have to take big risks to succeed when ur in as dire need as we are for stars

I don't disagree whatsoever, but I can see both sides of the coin from Philly. I do think they should go with Michkov, but I wouldn't necessarily disagree with them if they are able to trade down and get a player at a less strong pool.

I’m totally against trading down unless the return is something ridiculous. Either take the best player at 7 or rob a team blind for moving back

I don't think Flyers can do any bit wrong except for not moving down if they don't want Michkov.

Take Leonard, Benson, Smith, or Michkov at 7. Absolutely take whichever one is available.

I think, of these guys, only Benson or Michkov make it past.
Montreal's projected board is probably
Smith
Leonard
Arizona may draft Reinbacher.

My projection is
1. Bedard
2. Fantilli
3. Carlsson
4. Smith
5. Leonard
6. Reinbacher

Bedard, Fantilli, Carlsson, Michkov, Smith/Rein, Benson/Rein/Smith, is mine then Flyers take Leonard. Michkov or Leonard are my two favorite options with Benson and Reinbacher is back up options

I think SJS goes Smith 9/10 times. Saw a report where they said they'd take him over Carlsson. Not to call it impossible, but I lean towards SJS selecting Smith.

Granted, Carlsson most definitely goes 3OA and I cannot find the source, but here's one that states they probably take Smith (Pronman);

Flyers and Michkov are my worst nightmare after Fedotov, so while I'd rather keep 7thoa, this trade is still fair value and I'd be cool if it happened.

Everything I’ve read on Fedotov (which isn’t much) says there was rumored to be a KHL contract but that was denied by KHL Commissioner (?). Him coming over and competing for a roster spot would take the sting out of losing Hart.

Part of me wouldn’t be surprised if the Flyers would actually make this deal without giving up 22. If there’s 3 guys that they are super confident about when 7 gets here. Take the deal.

Drafting Michkov would represent the change in organizational philosophy that fans have been screaming for for decades. I don't care about the Fedotov situation, if he's there, take him.
