That Buffalo trade is awful for both teams. You take one of the few players from Carolina who is signed beyond 3 years and trade him for a great prospect in Quinn and a cap dump in Olofsson. The two 1sts can just be ignored because you have no idea where they'll be.

Canes aren’t moving KK. And that is quite an underpayment for Pesce.
