That's way undervaluing Pesce... If you look at both the eye test and analytics he's a very good defenseman

The market value portion isn't serious but the other parts of it are. Inserting the disclaimer that the Hurricanes system tends to inflate the analytical numbers players

some other important stats are he only played one full season the last 5 years only broke 30 points once

Pesce isn't an offensive defenseman... A big majority of his value comes from the defensive value he provides and he's played 2 full seasons in the last 5 years... the bubble year and 2022-23

Well, our entire team got bullied around by the Panthers so you can't exactly lay it just on Pesce. Us getting bullied around is why I want to go out and go get Brendan Lemieux and Brenden Dillon to give us some grit and physicality

Gonna disagree. Hawks wouldn't give up anything for Foegele, but with a pick attached it's kind of a no brainer. He's an upgrade to the 3rd line for sure

What’s in the offer that’s appealing if you even leave him in? Take him out and it’s an absolute joke. And you’re comparing trade value to Severson who had rights traded? Keep digging that hole brotha!
