Probably not we don't need the cap for a guy that is injured and just a Lowry 2.0. Sure he may have value to other trade destinations but the jets have no need for Dvorak and really just blocks young talent like lucius, lambert and others from getting more minutes.

The only way they take Dvorak is in a deal for PLD that includes Dach or 5OA

I think we would have to add a sweetener to get rid of Dvorak, probably a prospect or a 3rd round pick.
