Will somebody please explain to an old man who is seldom au courant the sudden proliferation of Team Titles beginning with the four capital letters DNVR? And what its significance is?

Have been wondering the same since last year lol

A quick search tells me DNVR is a sports related Colorado media team and can be used to mean Denver, if they’re all Avs ACGM, there’s your answer

I know all that. But inasmuch as this is only attached to Colorado ACGMs, it's utterly superfluous, like putting MONT as the first word in the Team Title of every Canadiens' ACGM, so I thought that there would be a deeper significance.

I don't get it. I didn't join that long ago, so maybe it's been happening longer, but it seems like lately everything is DNVR on the ACGM board. I know I shouldn't care, but I hate it. Hating things for no reason is one of the joys of getting older!
