That's not a bad deal for Sharangovich, I like both prospects you suggest Detroit to give up in the trade.
Unfortunately the Devils would have to push McIsaac through waivers as their D corps are set already.
If McIsaac was swapped out for another waivers-exempt forward prospect like Lombardi or Dower Nilsson it'd make a lot more sense for the Devils.

Sens would never accept that offer for DeBrincat however, and that Klingberg contract is likely gonna age horribly right from the getgo.
