I'll sure be happy when Lindholm resigns with Calgary and Hanifin is traded so all these extreme lowball proposals will stop.

That's nowhere near enough for Lindholm and Hanifin, even as 1-year rentals, especially since Grzelcyk is a 1-year rental too. Steen isn't worth much because he's not waivers exempt. The draft picks might get you one of those guys if Calgary is interested in rebuilding, but I'm not sure they are.
