Additional Details:
PLEASE READ. This scenario is only if Bergeron and Krejci DON'T return. I kept doing similar Hayes to CBJ or CAR scenarios, wanted to try something different. 99% positive this Boston scenario isn't going to happen.

Beck is now very high in MTL prospect pool after his OHL playoffs run. Can't see him in a Hart trade.

PHI is reportedly asking for two 1st for Hart. Maybe FLA 2023 1st and MTL 2023 2nd is enough, but that's alot for a goalie.

I think the Blues trade makes sense for both sides. Maybe Philly would be a good spot for Perunovich to get more opportunities.

I would make this deal as a Blues fan. Would love Perunovich to get healthy and play on the Blues 3rd pair if we can move Krug. Both of them in the same lineup is no bueno. Need to get bigger. He could get a real chance in Philly and thrive

Value wise it's good for the blues but some quotes from Army recently has me doubting this happens. He was quoted saying "Do we trade for a 25-year-old and give up a valuable asset knowing that we have him this year and next year? That’s probably not something we would look to do."

I agree with you. I don't see something like this happening. I just did this a hypothetical what if.
