Sure. If they don't want to resign either Colton nor Jeannot they could afford it. But Tampa isn't giving up those two guys for one year of Wheeler. And even with a third team retaining another 50% of Wheeler, Tampa still doesn't have the cap space after signing Colton and Jeannot.
