Jersey fans won't like the 1st one and the Jets shouldn't do the other 2. It would be nice to get Vallardi locked up though.

What's wrong with the BOS trade? That 2025 1st could be a lottery pick easily.

Frederic has no value (Boston isn't qualifying him if I remember correctly, so he'll be UFA) and the Jets aren't going to want to wait 3 drafts for the piece with the most value to them. It doesn't do anything for them now if they want to stay competitive while rebuilding.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I like Frederic, and with age popping up, that 2025 pick could be lower than what is imagined now. Lohrei being a LSD is an issue, but he's a good prospect.

From NJD - take out Holtz. Take any picks you’d want. And there was a report that Winnipeg asked NJD for Schmid. For many reasons, I don’t think Hellebuyck to NJ makes much sense, primarily due to his contract expectations.

Jets trade him elsewhere the feeling LA fans feel rn is how trading for Hellebuyck will be: you get the best play but you can't help but wish the trade was different or non existent

If Boston isn't qualifying him, it's because they can't afford him. He was very efficient at ES this year and still relatively young. At worst, he's a fair value depth winger. Could be better. I'm sure the Jets won't want to wait that long, but the Bruins could very well be rebuilding by then with a top pick.

Yeah Fitz wouldn't trade any of our top 5 prospects for any goalie with a gun to his head
