Next Year Plus Future Line Up

Team: 2023-24 Chicago Blackhawks
Initial Creation Date: Jun. 29, 2023
Published: Jun. 29, 2023
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Prospect Pool/Future Lineup (Projected NHLer Prospects)

Reichel - Moore - Bedard
Safanov - Celebrini? - Nazar
Hayes - Greene - Raddysh
Savoie - Dach - Lardis

Korchinski - Rinzel
Kaiser - Jones
Del Mastro - Vlasic

Gajan
Commesso

Obviously not all of them will pan out but this is wishful thinking.

Also some people may be confused by Bedard on the wing. Reichel has grit, Moore has McDavid like speed, and Bedard has the shot. I'd love for this to be the future top line and have a 1 2 punch down the middle with Celebrini or another prospect in the system or drafted later that breaks out.

So far so good Mr. Davidson

Colorado says they will not Qualify him RFA status and he hits the market.

Bare RD pool so he could be a good piece to add. Former first rounder and could play some NHL games. Low risk signing.

Bedard is 100% a center. I also don't think we'll be bad enough to get Celebrini. We'll be top 10 pick bad but not top 2 pick bad imo. Davidson crushed this draft imo though. Super happy with it.

Agreed but I'd love to see him with Moore on a line. Also we've seen that he isn't limited when he's on the wing. When he dominated WJC on the wing

Also I'd be a bit concerned if we were that bad to the point where we got celebrini. I wanna see some progress in the standings yk

The fun line is going to be Moore-Nazar and whoever plays their LW (maybe reichel). Moore and Nazar can both fly

    Curious why Toronto claims Entwistle?

Extra player incase the young guys aren't playing well. He's also cheap 4th liner and young

i don't see it happening especially after signing foligno. He'd be a road block for prospects in a few years

Think Merkley is a worth a shot, as well. I might make it one year, though.

If he can’t make Chicago, how can he make Toronto?

We have too many bottom 6 players and Toronto is paying a lot of top 6 players big money

Also why wouldn't Toronto want a cheap young forward for depth?

Toronto would like cheap depth that are actually good players. Contract spots are important and they already have guys that are better.
